After negotiating multiple mediations in the dissolution of her 20-year+ marriage, she took that insight, combined with her financial & legal skill sets, to help others negotiate complex issues wiser. Sherri has learned a hard truth: only mediation allows for customized solutions to protect what you built. Sherri’s mantra: curiosity to keep “learning”-not assuming “she knows it all”.

Clients are welcome with or without attorneys. Sherri has relationships with like-minded attorneys.

The RIPPLE EFFECT: Life has conflict. Sherri literally came up with “the ripple effect” verbiage when she was navigating her own divorce - she saw how her choices had huge future implications - simply put -how we respond to conflict has consequences with ripple effects. Her focus is to facilitate a peaceful negotiation using reflective listening to clarify interests - to arrive at wiser solutions so all can thrive.

The MISSION & VISION: Through her experiences, Sherri’s passion grew to design a firm to help clients make key moves around issues she overcame in her dissolution process. Crucial for clients -Sherri saw reoccurring opportunities to use her financial insight to streamline negotiations with smarter outcomes. She helps “expands client’s pies via a vision of abundance”-vs. “dividing up client’s lives” -in a scarcity mindset. Sherri reads the room to help ease negotiations.
